The goal of this Systems Integration Team is to design, manage the development, and deliver the automated system capable of single cell analysis in 3 years. A modular design is suggested to simplify design and implementation. All the standards and interfaces between the modules are organized by the team leaders. Some of the groups in this team include:

- traveler design and implementation team
- trapping module team
- incubation module team
- electroporation module team
